Tibetan Spaniel Rescue Foster Home Questionnaire

Rescue organizations struggle to find foster volunteers, and TSCA Rescue is no exception. Being a foster family is both rewarding and a big responsibility. Our Coordinators depend on input from our foster families. Besides making sure that the foster Tibbie's day-to-day needs are met, foster moms and dads arrange and supervise veterinary care, observe temperament and behavior, and, most of all, give a whole lotta love and attention. As a foster mom or dad, your recommendations and observations are invaluable to helping your foster Tibbie find the perfect furever home.

For information about volunteering for TSCA Rescue, see our Volunteer page. All volunteers must file the basic Volunteer Application. Volunteers who want to foster must also submit the Foster Home Questionnaire below unless you are submitting (or have already submitted) a Prospective Adopter Questionnaire. If TSCA has your Prospective Adopter Questionnaire and it's up-to-date, this Foster Home Questionnaire is not needed.
