Tibetan Spaniel Rescue Questionnaire Supplement for Foster Adopters

The Questionnaire Supplement for Foster Adopters is used when a TSCA Rescue volunteer fosterer wishes to adopt their foster Tibbie but has not previously filed a Prospective Adopter Questionnaire. It consists of questions about adopting a Tibbie from TSCA Rescue. Since these adoption-related questions are not on the forms that volunteer fosterers complete (Volunteer Application and Foster Home Questionnaire), the purpose of this supplement is to capture the answers without duplicating questions that you have already answered.

Adoption Process

Do you understand that you will be required to sign a contractual Adoption Agreement to adopt your foster Tibbie?(Required)

The Agreement requires you to certify that you will take appropriate care of the Tibbie and that, if you are unable to keep the Tibbie for any reason or at any time, TSCA Rescue will re-home the Tibbie. Our commitment is for the life of the Tibbie.

Donation amounts are based on age and any special needs of the dog. A typical donation is $250.
