Tibetan Spaniel Rescue Volunteer Application

TSCA Rescue is a committee of the Tibetan Spaniel Club of America, Inc. under the leadership of the national Rescue Coordinator. We need many kinds of volunteers and welcome both TSCA members and non-members alike. Everyone who pitches in is appreciated. Volunteers must be screened and approved. Regional coordinators will provide instruction and guidance to approved volunteers in carrying out their tasks. For more information about volunteering for TSCA Rescue, see our Volunteer page.

The main purpose of the Volunteer Application below is to find out the kinds of volunteering you're interested in. Volunteers who want to foster must also submit either the Foster Home Questionnaire or Prospective Adopter Questionnaire. Volunteers who want to transport must also submit the Transport Application.

If you need to stop before completing the Application, scroll to the end where you will find a Save and Continue button. When you press the Save and Continue button, you will receive a link so that you can return to your Application later. You can also opt to have the link sent to you by email.

When you have finished answering all the questions, press the Submit button to send the form to us. If you missed a required question(s), you'll receive an error message. Scroll down through the form to find the errors in red. After correcting the errors, you must re-submit the form. If you made no errors, you'll see a confirmation message.

Since you checked Foster Home, please remember that you must also submit a Questionnaire about your home unless we already have an up-to-date Prospective Adopter Questionnaire from you.

If you want to adopt a Tibbie (as a "foster-to-adopt"), please complete and submit a Prospective Adopter Questionnaire.
If you only want to foster, but not adopt, a Tibbie, please complete and submit a Foster Home Questionnaire.

Since you checked Transport/Relay Driver, please remember that you must also submit a Transporter Application to provide information about your driving and vehicle.
